My game often crashes. Is this the problem with the maps? Bot is still active but bot cant quit the crashed game.?!

Using double strike and i am leveling from 1 to 22 so far. My Problem is that the bot often stucks. Always moving from top left corner to right down corner without mobs and only using the one skill. Someone can help me?
