As the title says, i bought a key about 3 days ago and still haven't got it to work once. Furthest ive got it was to get it to click on my character, at first it was stuck on "Running state priority: 34" Now this is what i get

I run this on steam, I've already tried the standalone client and that just gets me to "Running state priority: 34"
I dont really know what to do anymore, what am i doing wrong? Im running win10, 800x600, dx9, ran as admin on both poe and bot
