How can I save all unidentified items in the box?

My strategy: I do not use automatic progression. Focus on mandatory missions. We stop following maps for the bot to pass from level: The Ledge, Fellshire or Westland, Docks and Dried Lake. Depending on the level do not need to on all maps.
