Using EB 0.19b on Garena, - On inventory full, portal to town. EB doesn't return back to same map to collect rares & uniques.

I am running v0.16g (most latest as of today). EB doesn't recognize my key. When I log into 'Client Area' my lifetime license is gone. Please assist. Thank you.
