I just upgraded to .15g and my bot will no longer navigate act II either. When it clicks the waypoint, it clicks between Act I and Act II, activating Act I. Of course after that it loops over and over. I copied my settings over from .15f which worked previously. Pretty much a non-issue for me because I always farm in act III. But, wanted to offer my two cents if it helps out OP.
